We use a variety of shipping partners and upon shipment you will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel at all times.

Shipping times can vary depending on where you're located in the world.

We happily offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 throughout Australia & USA.

Incorrect delivery details
In the situation when a delivery cannot be made due to incorrect address or house number and the parcel is automatically returned to us, there will be a reshipment fee to resend the item.

If you wish to cancel the order, the refund you will receive will be the product minus the shipping and return fee.

Returns
We have a strict returns policy in regards to our products due to beauty hygiene regulations.

We offer replacements and returns on all damaged and faulty goods, this will also include items that may be damaged during transit.

Non faulty items can only be returned if the products packaging seal is not broken.

Please ensure that you check the packaging to ensure it is correct before opening. We expecialy ask you to double check the roller size before opening the box.

In the event that we send the wrong item, we accept returns at our expense and a replacement will be provided.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on open or used products.
